This spacious king studio suite provides the perfect haven to relax and unwind, or a great space to work for a week while being surrounded by nature. Inside the apartment you'll find high-end furniture, plush linens, pillows and towels, and a vibe that will make you feel like you're in a luxury hotel suite.
Features include: 65" Roku HDTV, central HVAC with Nest thermostat, a HEPA air filter, electric fireplace, big comfy Room & Board couch, eclectic Pier 1 coffee and side tables, plenty of modern décor, and a dedicated workspace. Did I forget to mention the King-sized bed that is so cozy you’re not going to want to get up in morning?! Not to worry if that is the case, there are also blackout curtains to keep it nice and dark. Two sets of sliding glass doors lead out to the shaded courtyard.
The workspace has a new desk, chair, and surge protector. Included is your very own private 5G WiFi. Only your devices, the iPad and the TV will be on your network.
To the left of the fireplace you will find a sliding barn door that leads to the blue mermaid-tiled kitchenette. It has all the essentials and then some! Features include: black granite sink, large toaster oven, brand new microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, tea kettle, utensils, dishes, etc.
On the far-side of the bed you will find the second sliding barn door that leads to a large closet with mirrored doors, then on to the fully renovated new bathroom. It features a beautifully tiled shower and sink vanity. Plush towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner are included as well.
Miscellaneous Information & Rules
Transportation - Be sure to have a car, as rideshare services are not reliable in the area.
Parking - Your suite comes with one regular size parking spot. Only one vehicle is allowed per suite.
Occupancy - Max of 3 people total.
Access - You'll have access to your entire apartment and courtyard. You're free to explore the property but unless you have also rented the Studio Suite, you must stay out of their courtyard. There is a private exterior entrance to the two suites that lead to the entryway where you will find the door to your suite. The main level of the home and second story deck are private.
3rd Guest - If you would like to have a 3rd guest in your suite there is a slight additional fee. A comfy air mattress with a memory foam topper, mattress pad, sheets, pillows, and a cozy comforter will be added to your suite; along with an additional set of towels.
People you see - My husband and I, and our boy Cooper live on the main level of the home. Cooper is a Chihuahua Jack Russell mix who is very friendly. You may see us out walking around from time to time.
2nd Suite Guests - As mentioned there is another suite adjacent to yours across the entry way. Please be respectful to all neighbors.
No additional guests without prior approval. No events or parties.
Pets - We love animals, but no visiting pets are allowed. We do make exceptions, however they must be prearranged and approved ahead of the stay.
HEPA filter - The suite has a HEPA air filter.
Network - Dedicated 5G network. Only your devices and the TV(s) in your suite will be on the network.
Cooking - Please be aware there is not a vented fan exhaust. Preparing excessively greasy or smoke-causing food is prohibited.
Smoking - No smoking please.
Contactless Check-in - You will be given a four digit code that will work for both the exterior door and the door to your suite.
